The Senior Tax Manager will work on closely-held businesses and high net worth individuals.Job Responsibilities:Manage multiple engagements including compliance, consulting, and tax planning servicesDevelop tax planning strategies for clientsServe as a lead in researching federal and state issuesManage financial performance of engagements including budgets, billings, and collectionsDevelop and sustain excellent client relationshipsManage, develop, train, and mentor senior and staff accountantsAssist in managing internal tax departmentContribute to marketing and business development activitiesEducation/Skills/Experience:CPA certification required, MST preferred7+ years of experience in a tax role with a public accounting firmStrong technical tax skills and research capabilitiesAbility to effectively organize, prioritize, and manage multiple engagementsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with ProFx Tax, Engagement, and Document a plusOur client has a strong commitment to their employees' professional development and career advancement.
