Senior Tax Manager

We are an established and growing public accounting firm in Western Massachusetts and are seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join our leadership team. This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned tax professional who thrives in a client-focused environment and is looking to play a key role in the continued growth and success of a respected CPA firm.

The ideal candidate will bring deep public accounting experience, strong technical tax knowledge, and the ability to serve as a trusted advisor to a diverse client base. This position offers the opportunity to work with clients across multiple industries while collaborating with an experienced team of accounting professionals.

Required Qualifications

• Active CPA license


• 8-10+ years of public accounting experience


• Currently serving as a Tax Manager, Senior Tax Manager, or Tax Director within a CPA firm


• Strong technical tax expertise and client advisory experience


• Demonstrated leadership and relationship management skills


• Proven success working in a public accounting environment

• Stable work history with strong tenure


• Generalist tax background with exposure to a broad range of client needs


• Experience serving clients across multiple industries
