In this role, you will:
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of clients, delivering exceptional service and trusted tax advisory.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication and strategic guidance.
- Review complex individual, partnership, S corporation, and corporate tax returns for accuracy and compliance.
- Provide tax planning, consulting, and practical solutions to help clients achieve their business and financial goals.
- Manage multiple tax engagements while ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Mentor, coach, and develop tax professionals through training, feedback, and technical guidance.
- Collaborate with partners and firm leadership to strengthen client relationships and support firm growth.
- Research complex tax issues and communicate recommendations clearly to clients and team members.
- Identify opportunities to provide additional value and expand client services.
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of public accounting tax experience required.
- CPA license required.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience reviewing complex tax returns and managing multiple client engagements.
- Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
