Senior Tax Manager

Responsibilities include:

• Act as a subject matter expert within the team, contributing technical guidance and knowledge sharing
• Recommend improvements to internal processes, workflows, and operational efficiency
• Identify client needs and potential growth opportunities across service areas
• Serve as a primary client advisor, providing insight on industry trends, issues, and solution pathways
• Lead client engagements, overseeing delivery of financial reporting, tax compliance, and supporting documentation
• Conduct technical and quality reviews to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to standards
• Support business development activities, including client interactions, proposals, and cross-functional initiatives
• Manage engagement budgeting, billing, and performance tracking, including variance analysis
• Supervises, mentors, and develops staff through coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations
• Promote a collaborative team environment and supports leadership direction and organizational culture

Requirements:

• 8+ years of public accounting experience with at least 5 years of supervisory experience (required)
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (required)
• CPA License (Required)
• Significant tax experience with small to mid size partnerships, S Corps, C Corps, and individuals
• Ability to go on site 5 days a week
• Salary $150-190k plus bonus
