We are hiring a first U.S. Tax Candidate to establish and own all U.S. tax strategy, compliance, and planning for the company. This is a highly visible role reporting directly to the Global Head of Tax and partnering regularly withny senior finance and executive leadership.
You will shape the tax foundations for a global business, influence cross‑border structuring and long‑term planning, and support market expansion across multiple regions. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys hands‑on ownership, international exposure, and building tax processes in a scaling environment.
Base pay range
$160,000.00 / yr - $200,000.00 / yr

Key Responsibilities
- Own all U.S. tax matters, including strategy, planning, and compliance oversight.
- Identify tax‑efficient opportunities across incentives, credits, elections, and structural levers.
- Manage external U.S. tax advisors and ensure efficient, high‑quality work product.
- Oversee the consolidated U.S. tax return and all federal, state, and local obligations.
- Provide forward‑looking analysis of the company’s U.S. tax position, risks, and expected changes.
Global Structure & Tax Planning
- Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of the company’s global tax structure.
- Lead cross‑border tax planning, including international structuring, transfer pricing, and profit repatriation.
- Monitor global and U.S. tax policy changes and advise on their business impact.
- Recommend structural and operational improvements to reduce tax leakage and manage risk.
Market Expansion & Product Launch Support
- Provide early‑stage tax guidance during international market launches.
- Partner with finance and operations teams to ensure compliant and scalable tax processes.
- Assess tax implications of new products and create practical implementation guidance.
Candidate ProfileExperience & Skills
- Experience in a U.S.‑headquartered global company or advising similar multinational groups.
- Strong grounding in U.S. tax compliance and cross‑border planning, including transfer pricing.
- Experience supporting new market or product launches in ambiguous or fast‑moving environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues to non‑tax audiences.
