Senior Tax Manager

Senior Tax Manager position available with amazing forward thinking Tax and Accounting Firm in the Toledo, OH area! Direct Hire!

The Senior Tax Manager will play a key role in client service, staff development, process improvement and practice growth. This firm is rapidly expanding and seeking a Senior Tax Manager who wants expand their career, grow professionally in leadership and make a measurable impact! Primary responsibilities will include: Tax Compliance and Planning, Client Management, Leadership and Team Development, Process Improvement and Firm Growth.

Compensation expectation is $120-$150k annually with profit sharing and bonuses.

To be successful in this role, the Sr. Tax Manager will have:

• 6-10+ years of public tax accounting experience


• Proven experience actively supervising staff


• Proven client relationship management


• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related required


• CPA is preferred but not required


• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, UltraTax or similar


• Strong proficiency with Excel and other MS Office software
