A well-established boutique CPA firm in the Greenwich, CT area that is seeking a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a client-facing tax professional interested in long-term career growth and a potential path to partnership.
The firm prepares approximately 1,100 tax returns annually and serves a diverse client base including high-net-worth individuals, real estate, manufacturing, construction, distribution, retail, energy, technology, and professional services clients .
What You'll Do
- Review and prepare complex individual and business tax returns
- Provide tax planning and advisory services
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Mentor and develop junior staff
- Support the firm's continued growth and succession planning efforts
Qualifications
- CPA required
- Public accounting tax experience
- Experience reviewing and preparing individual and business tax returns
- Strong client-facing skills and relationship management experience
- UltraTax and Thomson Reuters experience preferred

Schedule
- Busy Season: 50–60 hours per week
