The role

• Own tax engagements for individuals, small businesses, partnerships, S corps, and nonprofits
• Review and sign off on complex returns and planning work
• Lead IRS representation and year-round tax planning
• Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals
• Be the trusted advisor for key clients
• Improve our processes and tools as we scale

What we're looking for

• Active CPA or EA license
• 8+ years in tax and small business accounting, ideally at a small or mid-size firm
• Experience reviewing returns and managing staff
• Comfort xzgxqkn with modern tax software and automation
• A builder's mindset: you like ownership and having a say in how things run
