Key Role Responsibilities:
* * Prepare and liaise with external firm on US international income tax compliance (including items like GILTI, FDII, BEAT, Subpart F, FTC)
* Prepare and liaise regarding federal/state income tax compliance for partnerships
* Support transfer pricing documentation and compliance
* High-level review of indirect tax (VAT/GST and use tax)
* Drive xawqmyg tax process improvement initiatives
Role Requirements:
* * 6-15+ years of relevant tax experience
* Experience with US international tax
* Strong partnership tax background
* Ability and willingness to support a variety of tax topics
