I'm partnered with a large global financial services company located in Chicago who are seeking a Senior Tax Manager.
This role is ideal for candidates who:

Key Role Responsibilities:
- Prepare and liaise with external firm on US international income tax compliance (including items like GILTI, FDII, BEAT, Subpart F, FTC)
- Prepare and liaise regarding federal/state income tax compliance for partnerships
- Support transfer pricing documentation and compliance
- High-level review of indirect tax (VAT/GST and use tax)
- Drive tax process improvement initiatives
Role Requirements:
- 6-15+ years of relevant tax experience
- Experience with US international tax
- Strong partnership tax background
- Ability and willingness to support a variety of tax topics
