- Prepare and review the US and Canada income tax compliance including the U.S. federal, state and local income tax returns and estimated taxes
- Prepare and review the monthly and quarterly U.S. indirect tax compliance including sales tax, use tax, gross receipts tax and property tax
- Manage the R&D tax credit and SRED credit studies with the support of external service providers
- Assist with the Company's ASC 740 income tax provision for interim and annual income tax provisions, as reported in the Company's SEC Form 10-K/10-Q filings
- Build cross functional relationships with the broader finance organization
Requirements
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
- 10+ years of related experience with a combination of Big 4 public accounting and SaaS or tech industry experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or Finance; CPA license, Master's degree or LLM preferred
- Extensive technical knowledge of U.S. federal and state income tax; strong familiarity with ASC 740 preferred
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills to conduct thorough tax research and solve complex problems.
