Remote | Direct Hire

Up to $140K base + Annual Bonus + Profit-Sharing Eligibility After 1 Year

What we’re looking for:

1. 5–10 years of US tax experience.
2. Experience working in a small or mid-sized public accounting firm.
3. Hands-on preparation and review of Forms 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120-S.
4. Strong year-round tax planning and advisory experience.
5. Experience managing a diverse portfolio of individual and small-business clients.
6. Strong client communication and relationship-management skills.
7. Experience leading client meetings and explaining tax strategies.
8. Experience reviewing tax returns and supervising junior tax staff.
9. Enrolled Agent or CPA is preferred
