Senior Tax Attorney: M&A & Transactional Counsel

Tax Law & Automation (TLA) has an open position for an attorney with at least 5 years of tax law experience who is ready to take ownership of complex client matters and expand their expertise across the full spectrum of tax practice. This role requires 1,800 billable hours per year.

Our work spans M&A tax counsel, entity structuring and restructuring, transaction planning, selective tax remediation services, tax studies and opinion letters, and general tax advisory.
