Senior Tax Attorney — M&A & PE Deal Structuring

City of Plant City seeks a senior-level tax attorney to join our Orlando office, focusing on M&A, corporate and partnership taxation, and transaction structuring. The role involves advising on tax aspects of acquisitions, restructurings and diligence.

The candidate will work with private equity sponsors, strategic buyers, founders, and closely held businesses, drafting and negotiating 409A plans with top hat plan considerations, and collaborating with corporate deal teams in a fast-paced
