Key responsibilities Identify and implement tax planning and consulting opportunities for clients in the construction and real estate industries Research client issues and communicate findings effectively with managers to enhance client service Mentor staff and interns, contributing to the team's success and development Required qualifications BS in Accounting required; Master's in Taxation or LLM is a plus CPA eligibility required; license preferred Minimum of 3 years of public accounting experience, focusing on real estate and construction Experience in real estate partnership preferred Proven engagement and client management skills
