Tax ProfessionalResponsibilities:• Preparation of individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns and workpapers• Delegate work to tax associates and interns• Serve as technical resource for tax associates and interns• Review of individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns prepared by tax associates• Maintain regulatory compliance and create procedures for tax preparation• Collaborate with senior managers in handling tax matters• Provide tax planning services to individual and corporate clients• Participation in firm wide and tax department administrative projects• Research tax issues and provide assistance with tax audits• Review federal, state and local tax notices and draft responses• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records• Review financial records, income statements, and expenditures• Help clients effectively manage their tax obligations proactivelyQualifications:• Bachelor's degree in accounting, taxation, finance, business or related field• 2-5 years of tax experience in public or private accounting• Good communication skills, both verbal and written• Self-motivation• Strong attention to detail• Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• CPA is preferredJob Type:• Full time (On-site/Hybrid)
