The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Tax Associate on a path to Tax Manager . This is a client-facing role where you’ll manage engagements, review work, and gain exposure to advanced tax planning.

You’ll work directly with firm leadership on client strategy, planning, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review individual and business tax returns (S Corps, partnerships, LLCs)
• Manage client onboarding and accounting workflows
• Oversee bookkeeping, monthly close, and financial reporting
• Communicate directly with clients and tax authorities
• Implement tax planning strategies
• Mentor junior staff and review their work
• Improve internal systems and processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of tax preparation (individual + small business)
• 3+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
• CPA or EA license (required)
• Strong knowledge of U.S. small business taxation
• Client communication skills
• Preferred: ProSeries experience, international tax exposure
