You'll work closely with clients and colleagues, providing insight, guidance, and exceptional service while continuing to develop your technical expertise, mentor junior team members, and prepare for future leadership opportunities.

We're looking for professionals who are eager to grow with us and contribute to the future success of the firm.What You'll Do As a Senior Tax Associate, you'll take ownership of your work and contribute directly to the success of our clients and our team. Your responsibilities will include:Prepare and review federal and state income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S-corporations, C-corporations, and trusts.Manage assigned engagements from receipt of information through completion and delivery readiness.Ensure workpapers are organized, complete, and compliant with firm standards.Identify tax planning opportunities and communicate findings to Supervisors.Conduct tax research and apply findings accurately to client situations.Develop increasing proficiency in entity-level taxation and multi-entity structures.Monitor budgets, realization, and due dates for assigned engagements.Coordinate closely with the TSA team to ensure proper document flow, engagement letters, and status tracking.Collaborate with the CAS team to understand bookkeeping context and resolve discrepancies affecting tax returns.Monitor assigned deadlines and proactively communicate delays or issues.Utilize firm workflow tools and tax software effectively and consistently.Support Tax Associates by answering questions, providing constructive feedback, and modeling best practices.Assist in training new hires and interns.Begin learning to review tax returns prepared by tax associates.Demonstrate readiness for increasing supervisory responsibilities.What We're Looking For We're seeking candidates who bring both skill and heart to their work. You'll be a strong fit if you have:Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.Minimum of 3–5 years of public accounting tax experience with increasing complexity of returns.Strong knowledge of individual and entity taxation.Proficiency with tax preparation software, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.Ability and willingness to learn new technologies, including AI-powered tools.Ability to manage multiple engagements in a deadline-driven environment.Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons.Strong written and verbal communication skills.CPA license or CPA exam eligible.Master's degree in accounting or taxation.Experience with entity-level tax planning and advisory conversations.Technical Expertise & Analytical ThinkingQuality & Attention to DetailWorkflow & Time ManagementClient Communication & Relationship BuildingTeam Support & CollaborationAccountability & Professional IntegrityWhat We Offer We believe great work starts with a great workplace.
