Responsibilities include: leading and executing complex tax engagements, overseeing audit planning, fieldwork, and reporting, reviewing work prepared by staff and providing coaching to support their growth, identifying opportunities for process improvements and strengthening internal controls, serving as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring compliance and offering strategic guidance, and collaborating with partners and cross-functional teams on special projects and technical research.
Requirements include a bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required; CPA or CPA-eligible strongly preferred, 4–7+ years of combined tax and/or audit experience in a public accounting environment, strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and audit standards, proven ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines, exceptional analytical, communication, and client-service skills, and proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
