Senior Tax AnalystTeleflex is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to join our Tax department. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the company's tax compliance and reporting processes while contributing to technology and process improvements. Strong analytical and communication skills are necessary for this position.

The selected candidate is expected to work onsite for a minimum of 3 days per week.Principal Responsibilities:Prepare and review quarterly/annual income tax provisions calculations under ASC 740 via OneSource Tax Provision and associated workpapersCalculate and analyze domestic return to provision adjustments based on recently filed tax returnsPrepare and review domestic federal, state, and local income and franchise tax returns, disclosures, and associated workpapersUse knowledge of U.S.
international tax concepts to confirm correct treatment of foreign income on federal and state filingsOwn FDII and R&D-related calculations by coordinating with external consultants and performing calculations internally when requiredCalculate federal and state quarterly estimated tax payments and extension paymentsResearch and document tax return-related issues as necessaryAssist in state and federal auditsDrive tax technology and automation initiatives by developing, maintaining, and enhancing tools that streamline compliance processes and support the transformation of tax operationsAdhere to and ensure compliance with the Teleflex Code of Ethics, all company policies, rules, and proceduresComplete other duties and tasks as assignedEducation / Experience Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA and/or Master's degree a plus.Minimum of 3-5 years of tax experience required; experience with a Big 4 national accounting firm or a US multinational corporation is preferred.Experience with OneSource Income Tax, OneSource Tax Provision, and HFM is preferred.Experience with SAP is required.Experience with AI or automation tools (e.g., Power Query, Alteryx, or similar)Specialized Skills / Other Requirements:Strong understanding of U.S. federal and state income tax concepts; general knowledge of U.S. taxation of foreign entitiesStrong understanding of ASC 740, including current and deferred tax calculations and financial reporting requirementsSelf-starter with strong business acumen, organizational and analytical skills, with high attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively communication with all levels of the organizationProven ability to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentRobust understanding of financial statements and related notesProminent level of competency in Microsoft ExcelTravel Required: Up to 5%
