I’m partnering with a growing advisory firm that’s adding a Tax Analyst to its corporate tax practice, and this one is built for someone who wants real ownership early in their career.
Do not wait to apply after reading this description a high application volume is expected for this opportunity.
The role:
You’ll start by preparing and supporting corporate income tax returns, then grow into reviewing them. Along the way, you’ll tie returns back to financials, work through book-to-tax adjustments, manage the filing process, resolve tax notices, and serve as a regular point of contact for clients.
Where you’ll grow:
Beyond income tax, you’ll build exposure to other areas of tax, including indirect tax, credits, and transaction-related work. Within 12 to 18 months, the right person moves from preparer to reviewer and begins managing client relationships independently.
What they’re looking for:
- CPA
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
- 1 to 2 years of tax experience, ideally in corporate income tax compliance
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with tax compliance software a plus
Why this team:
It’s a small team, so you’ll get more exposure, more responsibility, and more direct impact than you would at a larger firm.
