Demonstrate your ability to be inquisitive and explore data to improve processes and pursue career advancement across a wide range of opportunities.Prepare and review income tax returns to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with domestic tax law including Forms 1120 and 1065 as well as the tracking of tax basisReview quarterly tax accounting submissionsDevelop and train tax interns and/or tax analystsSupport company tax positions and participate in tax planning projectsBuild relationships and understand the business of assigned entities in order to assess tax opportunities and ensure accurate reporting of items on tax returnsManage prioritization of multiple projects and communicate results to your supervisor and teamIdentify opportunities for innovation and share ideas for transformation that will drive value in the tax organizationProgressive career experience in corporate taxation, tax accounting, financial reporting, or accounting related rolesProficient understanding and application federal tax policies and regulationsExperience prioritizing multiple projects, communicating results and driving initiatives forwardBachelor's degree or higherPrevious major CPA firm or large multi-national corporation experience1+ years' experience training and developing interns and/or tax analystsONESOURCE Income Tax & Provision Software experienceExperience working with partnership and/or international tax complianceKoch creates and innovates a wide spectrum of products and services that make life better.
