Job Title : Senior Tax Accountant

Location : Tampa, FL (Hybrid, 4 days in-office)

Compensation : $105k-$125k Total Comp

What We’re Looking For :

• 5+ years of income tax experience in a Big4 or industry role
• Strong U.S. federal and state income tax compliance, provision, and/or deferred tax experience (required)
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIF, and Pivot Tables (required)
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field (required), CPA (nice-to-have)
• Canadian income tax experience (nice to have)

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Prepare U.S. federal and state corporate income tax returns, estimates, and related compliance filings
• Support Canadian federal and provincial income tax compliance and cross-border reporting
• Assist with quarterly xzgxqkn and annual IFRS tax provisions, deferred tax calculations, and tax account reconciliations
• Prepare transfer pricing documentation and support foreign withholding tax compliance
• Research tax regulations, identify planning opportunities, and support R&D tax credit initiatives
• Prepare responses to federal, state, and Canadian income tax audits
• Partner with accounting and operational teams on tax reporting, reconciliations, and process improvements
