What You’ll Do

As a Senior Tax Accountant, you’ll take the lead on client engagements, guide staff accountants, and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

You will:

• Prepare and review corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns.
• Assist with financial statement compilations and reviews.
• Serve as in-charge on client engagements, managing timelines and deliverables.
• Work directly with clients to understand their needs and provide proactive solutions.
• Support and advise business owners to enhance the value of their companies.
• Train, mentor, and coach staff accountants.

What We’re Looking For

You’re someone who enjoys a challenge, values relationships, and takes pride in doing excellent work.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• CPA license (or actively pursuing CPA).
• 3-5+ years of relevant public accounting experience, including tax.
• Skilled in technology and accounting software (Thomson Reuters CS Suite a plus).
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical abilities.
• Able to balance teamwork and independent work effectively.
• Committed to professional growth and contributing to the firm’s success.
