Senior Tax Accountant

What You'll Do
- Prepare and review individual, business, partnership, and corporate tax returns
- Work directly with clients to understand their needs and provide responsive tax support
- Research tax questions and assist with tax planning opportunities
- Review work prepared by staff and provide guidance and mentorship
- Assist with client engagements from start to finish
- Communicate with clients throughout the year and build long-term relationships
- Stay current on tax law changes and apply them appropriately
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment and help improve firm processes
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of public accounting tax experience
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax compliance
- Experience preparing and/or reviewing business and individual tax returns
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Ability to work independently while also supporting and mentoring team members
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines
