About the position
As a Recruiter based in our San Francisco office, you will work closely with leaders in our Go‑To‑Market and Corporate Practices hiring across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Corporate roles. You will help build their teams by identifying, qualifying, negotiating, and closing top candidates. Through your strong relationships and thorough understanding of the needs of the practice, the team, and the role beyond the job description, you will be a trusted advisor providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process. You will be a true culture‑first ambassador, creating meaningful candidate experiences, selling the Culture Amp vision, and communicating thoughtfully both internally and externally. Please note, this is a hybrid position. Ability to work in our San Francisco office 2x per week is required. Remote applications will not be considered.
You Will
- Provide full‑life‑cycle recruiting for non‑technical, US‑based positions including running weekly meetings with hiring managers, interviewing candidates, facilitating debriefs and calibration sessions, and closing/extending offers
- Manage a pipeline of talent through proactive sourcing and reviewing inbound resumes and referrals
- Partner with a global team of Talent Partners to share best practices, collaborate and learn from each other
- Participate in project work that aligns with your interests and development goals, and helps advance the TA Team's capabilities
What you bring to this role
- 2‑4 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience. Source and identify future Campers and amplify diverse talent using LinkedIn and an ATS (Greenhouse experience is a bonus!). Inform the hiring process in partnership with the hiring manager, establish a world‑class candidate experience, and successfully negotiate and close candidates.
- Exceptional communication skills. Effectively articulate value and thoughts to candidates and leaders. Proactively keep stakeholders apprised of candidate and process developments. Listen well and seek to understand. Able to deliver constructive feedback.
- Business Partnering. Provide guidance to leaders on the recruiting process, enabling them to do great hiring and build long‑term success. Comfortable being the subject matter expert and holding managers accountable. Respond quickly to questions and go the extra mile to provide a great experience for candidates and leaders.
- Great organization and follow‑up skills. Ability to juggle multiple candidates and tasks and stay on top of all issues, always. Keep candidates in the loop, including providing them with feedback and responding to all inquiries.
- A hunger to learn and grow. You look for opportunities to make an impact that will help you achieve your professional goals while also contributing to the greater TA team and business as a whole.
Compensation
Base Salary Range (US): $110,000 — $120,000 USD. The actual base salary will vary based on market and individual skills, capabilities and experience, objectively assessed during the interview process. In addition to base salary, your compensation package will include additional components such as equity and benefits. For sales roles, the package may also include sales commission.
