PD Talent is growing fast and looking to add aSenior Talent Manager to the team. This is a high-level role for someone who thrives in influencer partnerships, understands deal flow at scale, and knows how to build and protect a client’s long-term brand value.

About the Role:

Our Senior Talent Managers oversee rosters of 10–15 high-profile influencer and celebrity clients, generating $5M+ annually across paid partnerships, affiliate revenue, and brand activations. We're looking for someone who’s highly experienced managing talent at scale — and even more aggressive at growing business.

What You'll Do:

• Lead full-service management for assigned client roster: partnership negotiations, brand outreach, deal structuring, campaign execution, and daily client strategy.
• Build and grow direct brand relationships — securing both inbound and outbound deal flow.
• Drive long-term deal strategy, including exclusives, licensing, and major endorsements.
• Manage multiple simultaneous negotiations with attention to deal terms, client protection, and long-term value.
• Collaborate with internal teams across affiliate, finance, legal, and campaign ops.

What We're Looking For:

• 3–4+ years experience in influencer talent management, brand partnerships, or digital marketing.
• Experience managing a book of business generating multi-million dollar revenue annually.
• Strong existing relationships with brands and agencies (CPG, fashion, beauty, home, lifestyle, and sports verticals a plus).
• Confident negotiator, highly organized, proactive, and client-first mindset.
• Driven self-starter who can independently source, negotiate, and close deals.
• Comfortable navigating high-volume deal flow and complex brand partnerships.

Compensation:

Extremely competitive — strong base + aggressive commission structure. This role is designed for a candidate expecting to earn well into six-figures with significant upside tied directly to performance.

Location: Remote / Hybrid — open to top talent nationally.
