Senior Talent Attraction Manager

Supporting the Talent Attraction Media team on a remote, full-time basis, the Senior Talent Attraction Media Manager will engage with stakeholders to address hiring needs, develop recruitment marketing strategies, and coordinate content and campaigns across various channels. Key responsibilities Collaborate with recruiters and stakeholders to identify hiring needs and candidate attraction challenges Develop and implement effective recruitment marketing ideas aligned with live hiring priorities Coordinate communication and campaign activities across social media, email, and other channels while keeping stakeholders informed Required qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills Confidence in managing stakeholders and asking insightful questions Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Interest in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or candidate attraction Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, marketing, or communications is beneficial but not mandatory
