Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Purchase, NY (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite)
6-Month Contract
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on product recruitment to join our team, reporting directly to the Director, Global Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the growth of our Services Organization. You will be a strategic talent advisor, recruiting for senior-level product roles across North America, helping us build high-performing teams that drive our product innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Recruit for product roles, including Product Managers and Product Designers.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Build diverse talent pipelines and provide market insights.
- Manage high-volume requisitions while prioritizing complex searches.
- Advise stakeholders and promote inclusive hiring practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Full-cycle product recruiting experience in corporate and/or agency environments.
- Experience managing high-volume workloads (20+ open requisitions).
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage complex searches involving sourcing, immigration, and compensation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Preferred: Workday ATS experience.
