As they continue to expand across multiple markets, they're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about connecting top talent with meaningful career opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for leadership and corporate positions
• Drive Store Manager and field leadership recruitment across multiple states
• Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and social recruiting
• Partner closely with Operations, HR, Training, and business leaders to develop hiring strategies
• Champion an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation to offer acceptance
• Utilize recruiting data and hiring metrics to improve outcomes and influence decision-making
• Support employer branding initiatives and help tell the company's culture story across platforms

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Experience recruiting leadership-level talent
• Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms
• Ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring leaders
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in hospitality, restaurant, retail, or multi-unit environments is highly preferred
