• By day 30, roles are in late-stage interviews and you know the next 10 hires.
• By year one, 80%+ hit forecast dates and pass 90-day reviews.

You're a Fit If:

• 5+ years in outbound recruiting, including headhunting leadership roles.
• Available 9 AM–6 PM ET and comfortable with US time zones.
