- Serve as a strategic talent advisor to business leaders on workforce planning, talent market intelligence, hiring trends, compensation insights, candidate availability, and recruiting analytics
- Lead complex, high-impact recruitment efforts from workforce planning through offer acceptance
- Develop customized recruiting strategies based on labor market conditions, business priorities, and position complexity
- Partner with the onboarding team to complete pre-employment processes before new hire orientation
- Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions through sourcing, networking, market mapping, industry engagement, and relationship building
- Represent the organization’s value proposition to passive and active candidates and develop creative recruitment campaigns
- Facilitate job offers and partner with Compensation on salary negotiations and recruitment bonus programs
- Oversee requisition processes, updates, and clearances
- Mentor and coach Talent Acquisition Partners on sourcing, stakeholder management, recruiting best practices, difficult searches, and candidate engagement
- Lead or participate in Talent Acquisition initiatives, process improvements, technology implementations, workforce planning projects, and recruitment branding
- Serve as a subject matter expert on employment regulations, recruitment compliance, inclusive hiring practices, hiring policies, EEOC, and legal and regulatory guidelines
- Review and sign legal paperwork for TN, F1, and H1B visas and Permanent Residency
Requirements
- Minimum Associate’s Degree or combination of education and experience, using the standard that two years of experience equals one year of college
- Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible full-cycle recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting for difficult-to-fill, highly specialized, or leadership positions
- Working knowledge of current recruitment and hiring laws
- Basic skills in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge and experience working with applicant tracking software
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System to develop talent pools, manage candidates, and run reports
- Experience proactively sourcing and cold calling candidates to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Strong reporting and data analytical skills
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree
- Preferred certifications: Certified Health Care Recruiter (CHCR), Recruiter Academy Certification through RogueHire, LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter, PHR, or SPHR
- Preferred: Knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Cloud Platform and experience with sourcing tools and methodology
