Collaborating closely with the People Operations team, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Associate will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various staffing needs, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers in a remote setting. Key responsibilities: Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding activities Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing updates and guidance on recruitment strategies and best practices Drive continuous improvement initiatives across Talent Acquisition processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience Required qualifications: 2-4 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse ATS Experience handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
