Technical Lead PositionIn this position, you will serve as a technical lead on challenging software development projects. You will be engaged with exciting and innovative advancements in Multi-Sensor and Information Fusion, Networked Situational Awareness, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, and Visualization technologies. This position is located in Fulton, MD and does require some travel to customer sites as needed.What You Will Do:Serve as technical leader of small to medium engineering development teams.Perform full life cycle systems engineering tasks including system requirements analysis, definition, architecture design, trade studies, integration, verification and validation (V&V), formal testing, and software installation.Work with department systems engineering subject matter experts to solve critical technical problems with innovative solutions.Qualifications You Must Have:Experience as lead systems or test engineer on a software development program.Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S.
government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S.
