As part of the Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) organization, your experience with operations, troubleshooting, and direct interaction with multiple contractors and government personnel will be critical to success. The work is on-site in Springfield, VA.What You Will DoManage baseline installations into operations environmentsMonitor, track, and report system availability and performance metricsTroubleshoot operational issues, resolve anomalies, and support system recovery effortsGenerate weekly, monthly, and ad hoc availability and performance reportsRepresent the program in technical exchange meetings and customer briefingsSupport resolution of systems engineering, integration, and operational issuesCoordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute operational activitiesMonitor, track, and manage operational workloadsProvide backup support to technical leadership during meetings and briefingsSupport 24/7 operations, including off-hours call-in as neededQualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experienceExperience in Systems engineering, particularly in operations and maintenance environmentsExperience troubleshooting complex systems and supporting operational recoveryExperience working independently and making sound technical decisionsAn active and transferable TS/SCI with CI Poly U.S. government-issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
