The individual we are looking for is someone who enjoys working in a team environment and excels working at an individual level.What we offer:$120k Annual SalaryAnnual merit bonus potentialGroup Health, Dental, and Vision plansPet insurance, Life insurance, and EAP benefits401K with employer match up to 4%Paid holidays and paid time offOpportunity for advancementUpbeat and exciting company culture and much more!Responsibilities include:Systems Administration & InfrastructureAdminister and maintain Windows server environments, including Active DirectoryMonitor infrastructure health and performance; proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact end usersDevelop and maintain infrastructure-as-code, automation scripts, and runbooks to improve operational efficiency (PowerShell, Bash, Python)Design, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, wireless, and VPN environments including switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancersMaintain network documentation including topology diagrams, IP address management (IPAM), and change logsServiceNow Development & AdministrationConfigure and customize ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and ITSM workflowsDevelop and maintain custom applications, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, flow designer automations, and integrationsPartner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver iterative improvements to the ServiceNow platformManage ServiceNow instance administration including upgrades, cloning, performance tuning, and access controlsEnterprise Platform & Security ServicesAdminister and support Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms (e.g., Kandji, Meraki Systems Manager) for device enrollment, compliance, and app deploymentManage Identity Provider (IdP) services including SSO, MFA, and user lifecycle management (e.g., Okta)Maintain and tune endpoint security solutions (EDR/XDR, antivirus, device compliance) and coordinate incident response with the security partnerAdminister email security tools including spam filtering and anti-phishing policiesQualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentRequirements:3–5 years of progressive experience in systems engineering, IT infrastructure, or a related technical roleWorking knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, firewalls) with hands-on configuration experienceExperience with at least one ServiceNow module (ITSM, CMDB, or Service Catalog), including configuration or developmentFamiliarity with MDM, IdP, endpoint security, and email security platformsStrong scripting and automation skills in one or more of: PowerShell, Bash, Python, or JavaScriptExcellent troubleshooting methodology and the ability to work through complex, multi-system issues independentlyStrong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiencesAptive Intelligent Pest Control™ is redefining the industry with a smarter, more proactive approach to pest control.
