We provide the resources, inspiration and focus and if you have the passion and courage to dream big, we want to build a better tomorrow with you.You will be responsible for developing system level artifacts and engaging with customers, mission partners, and other stakeholders to satisfy and fulfill customer directed objectives As a member of the the Systems Engineering/Integration team, in this role you will performing in an accelerated, collaborative, dynamic small team environment Responsibilities include:Perform in an accelerated, collaborative, dynamic small team environment, closely integrated with customers and contractorsPlanning and creating test cases and tracking progress utilizing modern test management toolsEnsure consistency of requirements and traceability back to customer objectivesEnsure consistency of feature acceptance criteria to meet customer objectivesDeveloping Operations Rehearsal and Training materialsSupport the successful execution of program milestones*** This position is contingent upon the program award expected in early 2026.***Basic Qualifications:Experience working in Agile teams leveraging Scrum, Kanban or other methodologies and/or understanding of Agile conceptsExperience with Agile management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, etc.Experience with test plan/procedure preparation and test executionExperience performing software and/or systems integration and testingExperience defining tests required to satisfy feature acceptance criteriaCurrent Top Secret Security ClearanceDesired Skills:Experience with Integration testing, system testing, formal acceptance testing (FAT) and independent verification and validation as well as operational system checkout.Experience with satellite ground systemsExperience with MBSE and tools such as CameoExperience with LM's products applicationsSecurity Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
