Senior Systems Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise IT infrastructure with a strong focus on Microsoft cloud and endpoint management technologies. This role will lead the administration and optimization of Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID), Exchange Online, and core infrastructure systems, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability across the organization.?

The ideal candidate has deep experience managing large-scale Microsoft cloud environments across multiple domains and tenants, strong infrastructure and networking expertise, and the ability to support both strategic IT initiatives and complex operational support in a large enterprise environment.?

Salary ranges from 90k-120k per year based on experience.

Skills and Requirements

Required Qualifications?

7+ years of experience in systems engineering, infrastructure, or enterprise IT roles.?

Strong experience administering Microsoft 365 enterprise environments.?

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.?

Experience managing Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID).?

Experience administering Exchange Online environments.?

Experience performing email migrations to Microsoft 365.?

Experience executing Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.?

Experience managing multi-domain environments.?

Experience working in large enterprise environments with hundreds or thousands of users.?

Strong knowledge of Windows Server infrastructure.?

Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, routing, VPN, firewalls).?

Experience supporting enterprise end-user environments. Experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure services (IaaS/PaaS).?

Microsoft certifications such as:?

Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator?

Azure Administrator (AZ-104)?

Endpoint Administrator (MD-102)?

Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.?

Experience with Microsoft Defender security tools.?

Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture and identity governance.
