Senior Systems Engineer
Location: Huntsville, AL

Clearance: Active Secret Clearance or Ability to Obtain
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to support the development of advanced radar systems within a defense program. The ideal candidate will lead systems engineering activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, support trade studies and proposals, and develop key engineering documentation.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or technical field with 12+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 10+ years.
Strong experience in requirements development for complex hardware and software systems.
Proven systems engineering and technical leadership skills.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Huntsville, AL area.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with MBSE tools such as MagicDraw and requirements tools such as DOORS.
Experience leading engineering teams and estimating engineering effort.
Knowledge of DoD acquisition processes and defense programs.
Background in testing, reliability, risk management, or human factors.
INCOSE SEP or OMG OCSMP certification is a plus.
