Senior Systems Engineer: Autonomy & Safety Lead

Queue seeks a Staff/Principal Systems Engineer to lead the architecture, safety, and regulatory direction of a fully autonomous pharmacy system. You will shape the engineering culture, set the bar for safety, and drive decisions as Queue scales from pilot sites to nationwide deployment.

You’ll partner with the Head of Systems Engineering to define processes, standards, and review practices across hardware, software, and pharmacy teams.
