Join our team of professionals who support large-scale government operations by leveraging cutting-edge technology and take your career to the next level!The Senior Systems Engineer supports design, integration, and lifecycle management of complex systems supporting CDAO mission capabilities.ResponsibilitiesDevelop system requirements, architecture documentation, and design specifications.Support system integration, testing, and deployment activities.Conduct technical analysis and engineering reviews.Collaborate with architecture and development teams to ensure system interoperability.Support lifecycle management and continuous improvement activities.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.8+ years of systems engineering experience.
Experience supporting federal or DoD systems engineering programs.Active Secret security clearance required (or higher).Preferred Qualifications:Experience supporting DoD, CDAO, Joint Staff, or Combatant Command programs involving AI, data analytics, digital modernization, or mission systems integration.Demonstrated experience with systems integration, requirements management, verification and validation, and lifecycle engineering for complex enterprise environments.Experience working within Agile, DevSecOps, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), or cloud-based architectures supporting federal programs.Professional certifications such as INCOSE ASEP/CSEP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Security+, or equivalent.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Ability to work on-site 5 days a weekAbility to work independently and yet be effective within a team settingMust be capable of managing multiple efforts with time-related constraints in a fast-paced contracting environmentDemonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholder groups and individualsFriendly presence, helpful attitude, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work well with others.Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Office applicationsProficient with Microsoft Office Applications, and experience working in a home office setting as well as the ability to train end users on frequently asked technical issues.Ability to provide technical assistance and support over the phone; good phone skills, professional demeanor, and previous customer service experience strongly desired.Good problem-solving skills; ability to visualize a problem/situation and think abstractly to solve itEstimated Salary/WageUSD $120,000.00/Yr.
