This role will help us develop a UX strategy that supports the needs of developers and addresses their challenges. They will do this by identifying personas, defining jobs to be done, crafting journey maps, and establishing a system architecture that prioritizes user experience, so that we can improve job satisfaction and ultimately deliver better products. The team’s focus is building innovative enterprise technology in support of the Developer Experience. This role will work across the development and product teams to launch, support, and extend our application(s).
Experience with successfully bringing applications, tools, systems to market, directly crafting, deploying and delivering software is an important aspect of this role. This is a hands-on, technical role. Have a full understanding of the developer experience, from persona development to journey mapping to prototyping and agile deployment. You will use analytic and technical skills to create journey maps and personas, build, and maintain well-managed capabilities to tackle business problems.
