Senior Systems & Network EngineerinfinIT is seeking a Senior Systems & Network Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical problems and being the highest-level escalation point. This role is designed for a highly capable engineer who is strongest in Windows Server environments and comfortable working across networking, virtualization, and cloud technologies.You will serve as a senior technical resource within our Service Delivery team, leading escalations, supporting infrastructure projects, and mentoring other engineers. This position requires strong troubleshooting skills, ownership of technical challenges, and the ability to work complex issues to completion.The Senior Systems & Network Engineer works closely with the Service Delivery Manager and helps strengthen the technical capabilities of the entire Service Delivery team through mentorship, guidance, and technical leadership.This is an onsite role based in our Cleveland office.
