Responsible for interpreting, designing, and delivering business services, the full-time Senior Systems Analyst will work remotely while collaborating with business and technology partners, leading technical sessions, and executing requirement specifications. Key responsibilities Leads technical working sessions to define solutions and communicate technology capabilities to business users Writes business and technical requirements specifications, analyzes requirements, and facilitates elicitation sessions for projects Identifies process improvement opportunities and provides technical expertise to support business systems Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field 5 or more years of experience with Enterprise Content Management 5 or more years of experience with relational databases, writing SQL, and analyzing or reporting data Familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications Knowledge of TSQL, stored procedures, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, ETL, and Power BI is preferred
