This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into well-defined technical and integration requirements that support scalable, reliable solutions.The ideal candidate brings deep experience analyzing system-to-system data flows, documenting integration patterns, and supporting complex workflows across multiple platforms.
The role has a primary emphasis within the Business Process Management (BPM) space and requires close collaboration with developers, architects, project managers, and business partners across the full systems development lifecycle.
Experience with SEI platforms, including SEI SWP Accounting, is beneficial but not required.Key Responsibilities:Analyze, document, and support integrations between applications, systems, and platforms, with a focus on data movement, orchestration, and workflow executionDefine and document functional and technical requirements, including integration specifications, data mappings, and interface designsDocument and support multiple integration patterns, including:API-based integrationsBatch and data loader file integrationsDirect ODBC and database-driven integrationsPoint-to-point and middleware-based interfacesServe as an analyst within the BPM ecosystem, supporting workflow design, process modeling, and system interaction across upstream and downstream dependenciesDevelop a working understanding of orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow), including scheduling, dependencies, monitoring, and error handlingCollaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate them into actionable technical designs for development teamsPartner with developers and QA teams to support integration testing, validate data flows, and confirm expected outcomes across environmentsSupport troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of integration and data issues in lower and production environmentsMaintain clear, accurate documentation including methodology documents, workflows, and issue logsContribute to continuous improvement of analysis and delivery practicesQualifications:7+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst, or similar role, preferably within financial services, private banking, or investment managementStrong experience analyzing and documenting system integrations and end-to-end data flowsDemonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and integration designsHands-on experience or strong familiarity with APIs, file-based integrations, relational databases, and SQLExperience working in iterative or Agile development environments and supporting integration and SIT/UAT testingStrong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage both technical and non-technical audiencesProficiency with standard documentation and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Confluence, Jira, qTest)Ability to learn new platforms, tools, and technologies quickly and apply them effectivelyPreferred (Not Required):Experience with SEI platforms, including SEI SWP AccountingExposure to BPM tools and workflow-driven systemsFamiliarity with Airflow or similar orchestration and scheduling tools
