The SPT Networking Application Engineering team is looking for an experienced networking HW, FW and SW system engineer with a wide knowledge in networking systems, to join the team and support groundbreaking technology. As a Senior System Networking Engineer, one will have a real impact on the business while working closely with our customers and R&D teams.
What you’ll be doing
- Gain our customers’ trust and understand their needs.
- Support new supercomputers and AI fabrics projects.
- Solve complex issues while leading highly visible customer issues.
- Work closely with various R&D teams.
- Provide constructive feedback to engineering and marketing regarding the products’ requirements.
What we need to see
- B.Sc/M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of experience in hardware and FW development.
- Complex problem solving and debug capabilities with a can-do approach.
- High-level English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work directly with customers.

- Experience in a networking company.
Base salary range: 168,000 USD - 264,500 USD for Level 4, and 196,000 USD - 310,500 USD for Level 5.
