Job Title: Systems Engineer – Test Analyst

Location: Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL

Security Clearance: Active Secret clearance required (higher clearance preferred)

Experience: 20+ years of relevant experience with a degree

Key Responsibilities

• Perform systems engineering test analysis of Missile Defense System performance.
• Analyze ground test data and support flight test and other operational event analyses as required.
• Evaluate system-level performance across the missile defense kill chain, including sensor acquisition, tracking, discrimination, battle management, engagement planning, and interceptor performance.
• Develop and apply analytical methods, tools, and technical products to assess system capabilities and behavior.

Required Qualifications

• Degree and relevant experience performing systems engineering test analysis for the Missile Defense System.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and a disciplined approach to technical problem-solving.
• Experience documenting, communicating, and presenting technical analysis findings.
• Active Secret security clearance required; higher-level clearance is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with geographically distributed teams.
