Senior System Architect

To support the design and development of enterprise technology solutions for the Department of Homeland Security, the hybrid Senior System Architect will analyze IT environments, recommend architectural solutions, and gather user requirements while serving as a trusted advisor to stakeholders. Key responsibilities Analyze enterprise IT environments and recommend architectural solutions aligned with organizational goals Design, document, and implement enterprise architecture solutions that comply with DHS standards and best practices Gather and validate business and user requirements to ensure solutions meet operational needs Required qualifications Bachelor's degree with six years of specialized experience or a Master's degree with four years of specialized experience Experience designing and implementing enterprise architecture solutions in complex IT environments Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and governance processes Demonstrated ability to assess current-state architectures and develop future-state recommendations Experience developing architecture documentation and technical recommendations
