GLAS, a global leader in debt administration, seeks a Senior Transaction Manager (Vice President) to oversee a portfolio of syndicated loan transactions from closing through ongoing administration in a hybrid New Jersey/New York setup.

You will review loan and security documents, monitor covenant compliance, coordinate notices, amendments and lender voting, and serve as the main contact for borrowers and lenders while delivering exceptional client service.
