Senior Swim School Operations Leader

Goldfish Swim School is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a successful team, and ensure growth in our swim lesson program. You will guide new team members, manage class schedules, and support families as they progress in our program and in life.

The role requires strong leadership, commitment to safety standards, and a passion for exceptional customer service in a pool environment. A flexible schedule, with some evenings and weekends, is expected.
